AGREGAR TARJETA A FORMULARIO

como puedo hacer para agregar una nueva tarjeta a un formulario que tengo, ya intente copiar y pegar, tambien hacerla nueva y pasarla al formulario y no me deja
 
Este es mi formulario con tarjetas
 
 
Este es mi formulario conectado a la tabla Tickets 
 
 
Esta es mi tabla Tickets la cual agregue un nuevo campo llamado Servicio, pero ese nuevo campo no me deja agregarlo
 
 
Intento agregarlo en mi formulario que esta conectado a mi tabla Tickets pero no encuentra coincidencias

    You cannot directly add or paste a new card into a form. The new “Servicio” field must first be recognized by the form’s data source. Refresh the data source, publish the column (if using Dataverse), and then add it using the “Edit fields” panel.
     
    Refresh the data source
    Go to Data panel
    Find your Tickets table
    Click … → Refresh
     
    Add the field to the form
    Select your form
    Click:
    • Edit fields
    Click:
    • + Add field
    Look for:
    • Servicio
    Add it
