Add note to "Post a question" form about embedding images

Can the forum get a very small update to add a note in either the new post Description or Attachments section to inform users that they can paste images/screenshots directly into the post instead of adding them as attachments?

Attachments must go through a virus scan process which, while great, takes up to 10 minutes before we can access the files and help the user. This delay is annoying when it's just screenshots, and informing the user they have a different method could help out quite a bit.
