In video - Boosting Agent Experiences with Actions, it is mentioned that we need to add "New Power Automate Flow" but I am not getting that option in Tools.
The UI has changed following the production of that video. Agent Flow is where you need to go.
From the Topic/Action, you would select Add a Tool > New Agent flow.
Note that in the remaining videos, any references to 'Actions' will now be 'Tools', as that is the new name.
