I am having issue in completing a lab exercise due to the following issue.  Please help me.

Build intelligent agents>5. Creating a solution for your agent> Lab exercise: Step 5: Create new SharePoint site

Next button is disabled due to the Group Email address error:

I tried suffixing with999, ContosoIT999 and proceeded.  But I got stuck at the below step: as I was not able to see the Devices on the sharepoint page I created.

Use Devices SharePoint list > We will use the Devices list for in Mission 07.

Appreciate your help.

Can you check the resources of the lab exercise? It should appear beneath the video. There should be some documents with further instructions.

I don't have access to this exact exercise but in the previous version of the lab, it was necessary to create the Devices list manually.

    I've attached the instructions here.

Thanks for the response, Mr.Timl.  I am have attached the resource I am following.  I am using the Powerup platform provided by Microsoft.  I started with page 17 and getting this error in step 6(page 19).  Please let me know how I should handle the error I am getting for the Group email address.  Also, I tried creating it with a unique number suffix, but then I didn't find the devices tab once the sharepoint is created.

    Hello there,

I used a unique number as the suffix and followed below steps.  and it resolved the problem and displayed the devices tab.  Thanks for your help.

    Apply the Template Retroactively

Since your site is already created, you can force SharePoint to apply the correct template over it.

    1. Click the Gear icon (Settings) in the top right corner of your screen (right next to your "SK" profile circle).

    2. Select Apply a site template from the menu.

    3. In the window that pops up, scroll down and select the IT help desk template.

    4. Click the Use template button at the bottom.

    5. Refresh the page. You should now see "Devices" in your left-hand navigation.
