B2C Authentication error Multiple entities are present

Getting this error for random accounts when logging in. A "good" account can start getting the error at some point attempting re-authentication Screenshot 2023-07-07 at 6.48.42 AM.png

Hi @adfgvsdfgsdfghs,

it seems there are multiple users connected to that account inside your contact entity. At least the error refers to that.
Did you create the login page yourself or are you using a template?

Usually power pages permit the existence of two identical users in one page.

We have a dozen of those contacts (using Azure AD B2C).

I'd really like to know what is creating them duplicates.

They are usually created on the same couple of seconds.

This post is talking about it but it doesn't tell how to really fix the thing.

We are thinking about preventing that with a plugin but it's not pretty...
