Populate a Text Field from a Certain Cell in a Table

Hello all,

I am trying to solve the following situation.

I have an excel sheet with a table attached to power apps. What I am trying to do, is be able to reference a specific cell in the table by sorting through column 1. As an example, take the following table into account.

Site Locations User IF Password
Site 1                                User1 Password1
Site 2                                User2                Password2
Site 3                                User3                Password3

I would like, for example, the text field to display the user ID for Site 2. I can figure this out if its inside of a gallery with a table as the data source, but can’t seem to figure out if its possible to have it without being in a gallery.
Any help would be appreciated!

Hi DL-03101632-0,

Just like you, even I would want to use the Table control in Power Apps in a similar fashion as we use the gallery but that is not possible at the moment. I think using a Gallery is your best bet. BTW, you can play around with the formatting of your gallery to make to look like table control (I have done it for an app) but you will need to create the sorting functionalities on top of that.
