Hello Community
 
I have a power pages site with custom web roles. When a new user register's on the site, a cloud flow runs and add's a web role to this contact.
I have table permissions setup as well as page permissions for top navigation bar. What I notice, is when user registers, cloud flow runs immediately. But it take about 10 to 15 minutes for site to refresh and show all navigation links for correct web roles
Is there a way where enhance this so the site refreshes quickly after registration?

    Hi,
     
    This is a common Power Pages caching behavior. Even though your flow updates the contact's web role immediately, the portal's authentication and authorization cache may not refresh right away, which is why users don't see the correct navigation links for 10–15 minutes.
     
    A few things you can try:
    • Force the user to sign out and sign back in after registration and role assignment.
    • Trigger a portal cache clear after assigning the web role.
    • Consider assigning the default web role during the registration process itself rather than asynchronously through a flow.
    • Verify that the web role is being added successfully and that the contact record is updated immediately.
    If the delay is consistently around 10–15 minutes, it's likely related to Power Pages cache propagation rather than the cloud flow execution.
