HELP! Getting “ Error There was a problem adding your media.” when trying to upload image

file is a couple MBs and file type is supported. Tried different computers and nothing

Hi @AP-16012335-0,

As a test, try reducing the file size to under 1mb and try - as the media is saved as part of the app, Power Apps enforces limits on the size. You are wasting your time with anything bigger that your app screen size anyway.

Also what type (jpg, png etc) of image is this.

There are few limitations in adding the media files, please check if your file has any such issues

The total size of all media files uploaded to an app can't exceed 200 MB.

Maximum size of an individual media file in an app can't exceed 64 MB.

Supported media file types: .jpg, .jpeg, .gif, .png, .bmp, .tif, .tiff, .svg, .wav, .mp3, .mp4, .wma, .wmv.

Assuming you've checked the replies about file size, total file size, and supported type, are there any unusual characters in your file name or is there another file with the same name uploaded already?
