Unable to send email in power automate due to Authentication Error

Hello,
 
I have tried multiple times to run a Flow that sends an email to the foster family. I cannot authenticate on Outlook.com in any way as I get the Error: 
 
Create and authorize OAuth connection failed. You closed the sign-in window before completing sign-in.
 
I didn't close the window, tried multiple pcs and browsers, tried using different emails and doing it from private mode.
 
I also tried the generic email one  and the Gmail one and both did not work for authentication/ not authorised to use it reasons.
 
I also tried to contact Microsoft but I cannot submit a support request as the form doesn't submit.
 
Do you have any suggestions?

    Can you share some screenshots.
    It looks like your work machine is blocking connections.
    Try using your work email with Office 365 Outlook connection.

    Are you able to create a connection manually?
     
    Go to your environment home, select more, connections

     
    Select "New Connection
     
     
    The find the Outlook connector, and see if you are able to authenticate. Note that you need to allow popup on the page in order to be able to go through the authentication process.

    I have the same issue.  I have tried creating a connection to Outlook with other email not just learner.  Nothing works.  Any fix?

    The Power Up account doesn't include an Outlook license (Office 365 Outlook connector), as mentioned in the video.
    Replace the connector with Outlook.com or Gmail connector (personal email address).
