Hello,

I'm building a Copilot Studio Agent for IT Service Desk users.

The issue we're facing, is that in random conversations, usually after the user types in a couple short responses like "ok", "sure", after 2.-3. activation of a topic "Thank you", an error appears, and the conversation ends. :

Error Message: The content was filtered due to Responsible AI restrictions. Error Code: ContentFiltered

There's no content to be filtered.

Please advise if there is a way to prevent this from happening.

hello, yes it s quiet surprising to see copilot studio to "filtering" him self.

The important thing to know :

- Answer are generated by GPT

- Microsoft then apply the AI Filtering tool and security

- Answer are shown

So some time answer are block my the moderation. It's possible to change the moderation level in the setting (but if you lower the moderation, you take risk of non pro answer and non moderate content, i prefere high moderation)

Hi there!

This is copilot filtering its own responses, attempting to respond to one word replies such as 'ok' and "ok thanks'. It already replied to 'ok thanks' successfully once.
