Data Card has different options

Hey everyone,

So I'm new to power apps and I had to take an already existing app and adapt some stuff.

One question I have is: why are there more options associated with a data card that has a dropdown and that already existed in the app than the data card I created?
They're both part of an edit form because the whole idea was to fill both of the dropdowns (one that shows options from Database1 and the other shows options from Database2) and then as I pressed a button they were both written in Database3.

Images are below and show 2 examples of fields don't exist in both data cards - Allowed Values and Default.

Thanks in advance!

The options are different because they are probably inheriting properties from the data that they are bound to. If you provided the data structure and full application details then this could be easily confirmed.

    Hello!

The AllowedValues field shown in the images is used to define permissible values for the field in question.

Why it is occurring in one but, not the other? I don't have a 100% answer without more information but, my best guess is that.

Your data source is configured to have a foreign key or a primary key on the field or is not a varchar so a string would have restrictions around it.

Maybe you already have a type mismatch based off something you've tried to put in that field?

Or the field is related to another datasource which you aren't providing connectivity to?

Again not 100% sure but, if you figure it out or if any of my suggestions work let me know.
