Hi there,

I am working on a POC and came across a scenario,
I have a dataverse table where I store the data like Asset ID, Location details, What needs to be done and work description.
Now I need to analyze Location details, What needs to be done and work description column data that has entered from last 72 hours for all Asset ids and find out any duplicate using AI Prompt or copilot or any other feasible way !

Please guide.

Regards,
Srini

I don't think you can apply multiple filter values as a comma-separated list in the filter text box. However, you can achieve the same in the following three ways:

    1. Instead of comma you can use "or" operator

The "or" operaor will help you to filter records as per your search criteria

    2. Apply the filter creiteria directly in the prompt itself

You can twaek your prompt instruction such a way to filter the records based on your search criteria

    3. Using "Text" input as a filter

You can pass a text value as input to the filter where you can use natural language to apply your filters on particular columns.

    a. First, create a filter condition as a "Text" input as mentioned below:

    b. Then, apply the filter directly on the required field

Note that I used the default Account table in Dataverse to explain different use cases. You can apply the same approach to your table, and it will work.

    Hi,
Thank you so much for reply.
I have tried out same thing but the problem I am facing is , not able to pass multiple values in "Filter Value" after added knowledge base for testing.
Please find screen shot of my custom AI prompt.

Yes, its possible to achieve what you want. Add your Dataverse table as a knowledge source and create a prompt that filters records based on your criteria and it will work.
