Uploading a Video URL

I am not able to upload an .mp4 video to my Power Pages website.  I am "sharing" the .mp4 file where it is saved on my hard drive and allowing anyone to view it.  I am copying the url and inserting into the Power Pages video block under "Video URL" but it it still not accepting the video.  The video file is not too large.
 
Below is a screen shot of my "sharing" the video.  I tried to record my screen to show you but the file is too large.  Any ideas would be much appreciated.  Thank you.
