Technically, yes, you can recreate parts of the Premium Planner experience in Power Apps, but it comes with significant limitations.
You can build custom task boards, galleries, forms, and basic planning features using Power Apps and the appropriate connectors. However, advanced Planner capabilities such as drag-and-drop boards, timeline/Gantt views, dependency management, and interactive scheduling are not available out of the box. Replicating these features would require extensive custom development, likely with PCF controls, and may introduce performance and maintenance challenges.
For most scenarios, it's more practical to integrate with Planner rather than trying to fully replicate its UI and functionality inside Power Apps.
