Powerapps edit form wont populate with Sharepoint list data

Hi,

I have created a Powerapp that is connected to a Sharepoint list.

I have an edit form that I want to use to display data from the Sharepoint list.

Every other time I have create an app with this feature I just go into the edit forms items section and type the gallery name and then type selected (example galleryname.selected).

This usually then allows the edit form to display previously saved sharepoint data on the form.

The last few times I have tried this, it shows and error that says 'invalid formula, expected a value compatible with a datasource'

I created a new basic app to see if it was just a problem with my other app. I get the same error.

I have created dozens of apps and this has never been a problem. All my old apps work fine.

Does anyone know why this is occurring? Is there some type of bug in the system at the moment?

Any information would be helpful.

Hi @CU26041301-0

the issue is, that your forms Datasource setting does not match that of the gallery.

since they do not Match this is the error you will get.

What is the data source for the Gallery

and

what is the data source for your form

they are not the same trust me.
