Form to Database to then a word document.

I am new to Power Automate and would like to learn how it works.  Essentially I would like multiple people in my company to fill out a singular form with data that is validated and then I would like that data to fill a database and then I would like that database to be able to take information from a single row and push that into a word document.  Does anybody know how to do this?

Its a little generic, you said

Essentially I would like multiple people in my company to fill out a singular form with data that is validated
---what does multiple people mean. Do they all need to fill out things on the same form? So its not 3 forms (3 people submitting) its 3 people all submitting on 1 form?
---how is the data validated? Is this before they submit or after they submit?

and then I would like that data to fill a database
---What database? I mean its not an issue but its good to know which one

and then I would like that database to be able to take information from a single row and push that into a word document.
--So power automate cannot make a Database do anything other than take data, call sprocs etc. So this part is not clear. Also, is this data the exact same data from the previous step that put the data into the Database? And if so then you do not need the database, unless you do not plan on putting the data into the document until a later time.

Does anybody know how to do this?

You really need a more detailed, step by step, with timing etc included of when you want things to happen, as the answer is, its all pretty simple, but how it gets put together really depends.

    For example.

    Flow
    1. Person Submits a Microsoft Form
    2. Data is validated (if you want to call it that)
    3. If validated, data is saved into database
    4. If data is successfully saved, it is then pushed into a Word Template

    and done.

But if you want multiple people writing data to the same "form", does that really mean the same form, or do you mean 3 people, fill out 3 separate and possibly completely different forms, but you want them all linked into the same Row int the database, so therefore all data has to be there before its shoved into the Word Template.

And so on.. hopefully that gives you an idea why its needs to be super clear when you ask can we do it, yes/may/possibly/no all depends on the super specifics.

But my example flow steps are literally what you would do if it thats all you want to do.
