Copilot studio agent requirement

Issue 1: 
·         We have a Copilot Studio agent that works correctly when accessed through Microsoft Copilot. However, the same agent does not work when used from a Microsoft Teams channel.
·         Could you please let us know what we should check? The agent provides the correct responses in Microsoft Copilot, but in the Teams channel it consistently returns the message: "I couldn’t find an exact match."
 
Issue 2:
  • We want the Copilot agent to monitor the Teams channel and respond to user questions automatically. This is not working currently because the agent must be invoked using @ each time.

  • We would also like the agent to learn from user questions and provide answers whenever it has the required information
