As MP mentioned some greatones.

OBS is an amazing freeware tool, but if you have a full Microsoft Office License you can use Stream.Microsoft.Com as well.

There are many ways to record your screen with voice-over.

-Use your mobile phone to record the screen.
-Ms Teams: create a meeting with yourself, enable screen sharing, and record the screen.
-Clipchamp or Windows Snipping Tool (Shift+Win+R)
-Record your screen in PowerPoint
