There is a flow which forwards messages from emails to chat.
There is a BadGateway error and the run is not being successfully completed. So the message doesn't appears on chat.
The error says 'There's a problem that needs to be fixed to trigger this flow. To see more details, open Flow checker.'

Try to remove the trigger and add it again.

If it doesn't work, please confirm if you're experiencing this issue with Outlook actions in other flows.
