I was going through Conversation Agents Module 5 Chapter 2 and follow the steps under the Student Assets.

I receive an error message "HTTP failed: Billing hard limit has been reached" when connecting to a HTTP action using openai as in print screen below as highlighted in yellow.

I have created the API keys by clicking the “Create new secret key” under the openai website as below. I logged in using my personal email. However, when I copy the secret key that is where I receive the error message as above. What has gone wrong?

This is not a Power Automate issue but rather has to do with your account with OpenAI

Most likely you have reached your account limit, and need to complete some steps on your OpenAI account in order to use the service.
