Automate Email--include signature?

The instructions for the final project state:

Automation requirements

There is a requirement to send a confirmation email back to the owner of the vehicle to advise that their request to use the parking has been granted.

Please add in the signature of the school into the email. (Note that when sending to gmail accounts the image will not be rendered.)

I'm not sure what the last part is asking for... what is the signature of the school? I'm assuming it is an image as the second half of that instruction mentions an image not being rendered using gmail accounts.

Is it an image from the resources provided? I cant seem to figure out how to upload an image to the email automation either. I'm totally lost.

Thanks!

The requirement here is to include an image of a handwritten, signed signature to the end of the email body.

The intent of this is to prove that you can append an image to an email message.

There are no signature images in the resources, so you'll need to take a photo of a written signature.

Rather than upload an image to the email automation, you'll need to retrieve the base64 encoding for the image. The exact steps to do this are covered in lesson 7 of the Power Automate module.

the answer was helpful, but the exact steps on how to obtain the base64 encoding of a picture of a signature I have saved to my desktop is not covered in lesson 7 of the Power Automate module. The example uses a HTML file with the base64 encoding ready to go.

I'm fine with having to figure this out on my own, but I want to make sure i'm not missing this instruction somewhere?
