Passing files from Topic to Prompt

 Has anyone successfully passed a file from a Copilot Studio Topic directly into a Prompt action?I am currently exploring file handling in Copilot Studio and would like to understand if anyone has successfully implemented this scenario. Specifically, have you been able to pass a file variable (a document uploaded by the user) from a Topic into a Prompt and have the Prompt access and process the file correctly? I validated that I have configured the variable in the topic and in the prompt correctly as file. I keep getting a runtime error.
 
Note:
I am on the newer version of CoPilot Studio and do not have AI Hub.

    Yes, it works. Are you really using a Topic and not a Tool?
     
    How are you passing it to the Prompt?
     

    This works:
     
    First(System.Activity.Attachments).Content
