Hi,

I have added knowledge sources from dataverse but the status is still appearing as unknown for some of the entities and this is resulting in non-consistent data.

If it's not showing "error" I would wait for a while.

The most likely reason is that the Dataverse table is still being indexed to be used with Copilot. If the problem doesn't resolve itself after a day, try deleting the knowledge source and adding it again.

I have tried to remove and add - waiting more than a day even. It still shown unknown in status.

@Muhammad Ahsan Tufail could you check if there are potential issues in the table that would prevent it from being indexed successfully.

Common issues include.

1. The tables were not created or published properly

2. Dependencies (ex other entities) are missing

3. Data integrity issue - duplicate values in key columns, invalid data types etc.

4. The table is not available in Dataverse search. Dataverse search needs to be enabled in order to be able to consume it. See: https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/power-platform/admin/configure-relevance-search-organization?tabs=new
