Hello,

I have encountered an issue while creating a flow:

It does not proceed with learner account and as a test, I tried to login into outlook, and there is the following error:

Even with my personal Microsoft account it does not work when I try to click on "Add new connection" and choose my personal profile.

you can't work with office 365 outlook, as directed by the instructor, rather use outlook.com.
then choose "send an email (V2)"

I am also facing the same issue. Although, there is a solution provided under this post but I can't get where that interface is. Can someone elaborate it more?

I face the same issue. However when I changed the connection to Outlook and I try to create a connection, it gives me the error as:

@SF-18100531-0 I've tried using "Send an email (V2)" action step but the flow fails with error:
REST API is not yet supported for this mailbox. This error can occur for sandbox (test) accounts or for accounts that are on a dedicated (on-premise) mail server.

Were you able to get an email successfully & what email did you use for receipient?
