How can I efficiently test if my Copilot chatbot is working correctly?

I’ve configured my Copilot so that it should not use web search, but only retrieve results from the Seiko homepage – with the subpage for limited editions explicitly blocked. However, the Copilot chat is still showing me web search results.

Does anyone know why this is happening?

Copilot gave me an answer frm this site, though web search is deactivated:

Hi

Can you try this:

Go to your Agent, click Settings, Generative AI and then scroll down to Knowledge -> turn off both options

Let me know if this is an option for you and if it works!
