Hello, 
 
I can´t sign with my hotmail account to create a new connection to send an email when there is a book image. The error below appears. 
 
 
This is flow I am building:
 
 
In the previous step of sending an email when a loan is taken out, I used the same email address, and I have no problems... But now, I can´t.

    That is a business account, you need to use Outlook.com not Office 365. Or even Gmail
