I have Customized the chatbot in POC environment and now I have imported that solution/Agent to Dev environment. So now, how can we make this bot as default bot to use in the power pages? As in the Dev if we are selecting the Add Agent option in the power pages design studio it is creating the new bot and we are not able to replace that with Custom bot

Copilot Chatbot in Power Pages Deployment

Hi @CU17091415-0

So in this case, anytime you hit Add its going to create a new one. Instead you need to configure, via the Bot Consumer Table, and update the Schema Name, to be the name of your custom bot. This will make sure it uses that. Add Agent will always create a new one.
