I’ve been experiencing an issue with claiming my voucher ever since I received the initial congratulations message. Despite multiple attempts, I have been unable to redeem or access the voucher, and the problem has persisted from day one.
Has anyone else encountered this issue, or is there a known fix or support channel I can reach out to for help? I would appreciate any guidance or assistance in resolving this.
