Hello everyone,
I’m using Microsoft Copilot Studio to build a GenAI chatbot that references a knowledge base containing sensitive information. For security and compliance reasons, I would like to ensure that even the creator of the chatbot (myself or others) cannot access or interact with the bot once it is deployed ,including in the test environment.
Is it possible to restrict chatbot access in such a way that the creator is also prevented from chatting with the bot, both in the published channels (e.g., Microsoft Teams or a website) and in the Copilot Studio testing environment?
Any guidance or best practices on achieving this level of access control would be greatly appreciated.
Thank you!
