Remove a Choice based on: Choices Already Selected and Date

I'm running into a bit of a writers block situation here for building out a formula. I have built out a Power App intended for assigning a New Hire a Career Advocate.

My Career Advocate is a choice column.

Is there a way that I can have the Career Advocate column filter out Career Advocates that have already been chosen in other records only IF they share the same start date?

I tried to replicate the scenario mentioned in your question. You can use below code in Items property of Career Advocate Choice column in Power Apps.

Filter( Choices('Forum Replies'.CareerAdvocate), !(Value in ForAll( Filter( 'Forum Replies', StartDate = DataCardValue2.SelectedDate // Match selected date ), CareerAdvocate.Value ) ) )
