Best Way to Transfer iCloud Emails to Gmail?

Hey folks,

I’m trying to move all my emails from iCloud Mail to my Gmail account. What’s the easiest way to do this? I’d prefer a method that keeps my folders and doesn’t lose any emails. Any suggestions?

Best Way to Transfer iCloud Emails to Gmail?

You want to move all your emails from iCloud Mail to Gmail, keeping your folders and not losing any emails.

   Go to Gmail on a computer (not mobile)

   Click the gear icon > See all settings > Accounts and Import tab

   In "Check mail from other accounts", click "Add a mail account"

   Enter your iCloud email (e.g., yourname@icloud.com), click Next

   Choose "Import emails from my other account (POP3)", click Next

   Enter your iCloud email again, and use this info:

   Username: your full iCloud email address

   Password: your iCloud app-specific password (generate at https://appleid.apple.com under Sign-In & Security > App-Specific Passwords)

   POP Server: imap.mail.me.com

   Port: 993

   Check "Always use a secure connection (SSL)"

7. Choose to label incoming messages to keep them organized
8. Click Add Account
9.   If asked to send emails as iCloud, you can skip or set it up

This will copy all your iCloud emails to Gmail, including folders as labels. It may take hours to complete depending on how many emails you have.
