Hello,
I am new to power automate , just sharing this image to find out if there's an issue and if so what are the possible steps to fix it.

    Hi Nived ,
     
    Thank you for the proposed solution , I have applied your turn off and on of the flow still its showing unable to initialise operations. Do u have any ideas that you could suggest I can try.

    Simple fix i believe is to close the flow and open it work - it may works 
     
    else switch back to old designer.
