hey everyone, I was trying to automate a task in which I have a SharePoint list and if there is any Chage in the list, I want that change to be reported to the user in their mailbox as well as updated/added in there planner.

I did try but every time I am facing some kind of issue if anyone can give me any solution on how I should choose my flow it will be really helpful thanks.

What kind of issue you are facing? You can share your flow to guide you more.

Here are some steps you can cross-check for your flow:

1. Trigger: When an item is created or modified(Shareporint)

2. Action: "Get changes for an item or file(property only)" -- this helps you determine which fields were updated

3. Condition: You can also check for Status or Assigned to,

4. Action: Send email to user to notify the assigned user.

5. Action: Create a task in Microsoft Planner and assign it to the use
