Good day, Community. 
 
I'm trying to build an App, what I want now is to get Ticket per logged per department.  i used this error but I get error: how can I fix this please:  
AddColumns(
    GroupBy(IT_Tickets, "Department", "DeptGroup"),
    "Count",
    CountRows(DeptGroup)
)

    I do not see an error there, however you may need to update to ThisRecord.DeptGroup versus just DeptGroup
