I've experienced random glitches with other modern controls not quite working the way they should 100% of the time and I'm wondering if that's what I'm experiencing here.

Really simple form that feeds a SharePoint List. Here are the columns.

This will work one submission, and then not the next. I put a number into the Pollinations box and press submit, sometimes it goes, and sometimes it doesn't and gives the required field error.

My column for Pollinations is just a number column, and it's required. Nothing else special about it.

Any ideas as to why this is? I have tried to replace the modern edit form control for a classic form, but then my workflow dropdown doesn't properly display my Workflow choices. I haven't gone down that rabbit hole yet for troubleshooting.
