unable to save 6th starter prompt in copilot studio agent

Hello

I am able to save only 5 starter prompt. if I try to edit and enter 6th prompt and click save, prompt is not saved and no error message is displayed.

how to resolve this issue?

Clearing cache or browser history did not help.

Tried in 2 different environments. Same result. unable to save 6th prompt.

Currently, Copilot Studio does not explicitly document a limit on the number of starter prompts. However, you are facing the issue.

Instead of adding a new prompt, try modifying an existing one to fit additional use cases. Else, you must add a sixth prompt, delete one of the existing five, then try adding it again based on which we can confirm the limitation with 5.

If you confirm the limitation as stated above, then you can try

Merging similar prompts into one, ensuring each prompt covers multiple variations of user input.

Reordering prompts based on priority, keeping only the most essential five.

Using conditions in topics instead of relying on additional starter prompts.

We have the same issue.

Tried multiple browsers, computers, phones etc.

Cleared cache etc. nothing works.

You can configure up to six starter prompts, that is the current limit in ms doc.
