I want to create an action in topic node to build a power automate flow but the Power automate option is not appeared as choice to be selected, could you please advice?
Power Automate flow option is not appeared in action
The option you are looking for is New Agent flow. That will open the Power Automate designer with the appropriate trigger and return. Then you can add the PA actions you want in between to create the flow.
