Hi Power Platform Community,
I’m encountering an issue in Microsoft Copilot Studio when trying to connect services in the "Manage Connections" section under Test your agent. When I click on the three dots (...) and select Manage Connections, it shows options for Dataverse, Microsoft 365 Outlook, and Planner. However, when I click the Connect button to change the status from "Not Connected" to "Connected," nothing happens. The status remains "Not Connected," and I'm unable to establish these connections.
Steps I’ve Tried:
- Clearing Cache and Refreshing: I cleared the cache in Chrome and restarted the browser.
- Using Different Browsers: I tried both Chrome and Edge, but the issue persists.
- Checking Permissions: It seems that My account has appropriate permissions for Dataverse and Microsoft 365 services.
- Pop-up Blockers: I confirmed that pop-up blockers are disabled for this site.
