SharePoint returned HTTP error 200. Error code: ConnectorRequestFailure.

Getting the error when sending any message to my custom copilot. All topics are disabled except sign-in and conversational boosting.

    I have a similar issue with a custom action (HTTP REST request to api.ipify.org), I get: The connector 'Getipv4' returned an HTTP error with code 200.
     
    Why is 200 considered an HTTP error?!
