sign in error in model driven app

I have a model driven app when i launch are edit the app am getting a sing in error . when i click sing in nothing happens .

i have verified i have signed in and able to access other services and other apps too .

For some apps its working without sign in prompt for some app it does prompt

Thanks for the information. Please share the screenshot of the error.

On a side note, we had a similar problem in our environment where we have installed the COE toolkit. In those few apps, we were getting the sign-in in error.

We have raised a ticket with Microsoft. The resolution to our problem is due to browser settings in Chrome. After we did the change, it works on Chrome, but we still can't fix it in Edge

Not sure if the problem you're facing is similar to ours, I do recommend you to test by changing your browser settings. If it works, then group policy can be applied in your organisation to have this setting for all users.

Do let us know if it solves your problem, if not i would strongly suggest raising a case with Microsoft.
