    Try using the Microsoft Edge browser. Create a new profile and sign in using your Power Up email account.
    If the issue persists, I would recommend contacting the Power Up team: PowerUp-Support@microsoft.com

    Can you try another browser ? I tried using Chrome and its working fine.
