I am trying to build the Q&A agent from default template and using my Sandbox Environment but when I click template or even try to create through the simple message it doesn't move to Agent configure page and agent get never created. What am I missing? Stuck on this page attached doesnt do anything after I can click but no thing happens after.

For license is that your Copilot license?

I am currently not able to reproduce this issue. I have tried in all of mine and I cannot. If you are certain you have the correct license, and nothing like JavaScript etc is disabled in your browser, then I would open a ticket with Microsoft from M365 portal.

Hi @KK-14072040-0

can you try one thing for me.

If you purposely try to describe your agent, does that part work?

So when I click, it does work.

Question: What License do you have, is it a Trial license? Are you logged into that environment as someone who has a license, just making sure its not expired.

Also I would try

1. Clear your Cache

2. Go incognito

3. Use another browser

If any of those resolve your Issue, can you Mark the answer as such and maybe a like.
