Output for "Extract information from Documents" is returning every word of the document

Alright, so to keep this short: I've trained an AI model to look for three specific text entries on a Job Work Order, however when I apply that AI model to Power Automate, Its output returns every single word on the JWO. Any fixes for this? Does the model need more training? If it does need more training, how many more documents should I give the model to study (I've given it 18 to start)?
