Hi,

I started noticing a significant increase in my agent reporting the error "This answer was filtered by the AI system" in response to a generative answer node being triggered within a specific topic. The agent is built in Copilot Studio. Is there any way to modify the content sensitivity filters? The knowledge source has to do with healthcare information, specifically the pediatric NIH stroke scale.
