Error in make.powerapps.com - Database is currently disabled

Working on the Level 2 Plan designer and I am getting the following error in my environment in Make.powerapps.com. "The database you are attempting to access is currently disabled."
 
Appreciate and guidance to re-enable my db

    It sounds like the Dataverse instance in your developer environment hasn't been provisioned correctly. 
     
    I recommend contacting powerup-support@microsoft.com and they can hopefully fix this.

    @Eswingler, As a community we can assist the problem related to tech and product queries or technical suggestion or feedback related to the implementation issue.
     
    As you have raised an issue against Power Up Program Community and the issue which you are referring is an environment issue, We cannot directly assist you in granting the environment rights or environmental related support as timl mentioned there is dedicated support team powerup-support@microsoft.com they can provide assistance on this issue. 
     
    Kindly specify which cohort you are part of in the email subject and please wait 2-3 days for the solution from the team.

    Did it work before? Also could you double check you are in the correct environment (not the default one, but the one with your name)?
     
    Maybe also check in the Power Platform admin center if Administrator mode is not enabled.
