Hi all,
I'm trying to import a solution into UAT environment but keep getting this error

My account has been assigned the System Admin role, and I tested it on a different environment where I was able to import the solution successfully.
I have the same question (0)

It’s common to encounter such issues in pipelines or in the modern view. You can always raise a Microsoft support ticket, as it’s something they should address. However, considering time constraints, using the classic view is a better option. If the classic view also doesn’t work, I recommend checking whether the issue is on your end or related to any dependencies.

Hi  @developerAJ, Thank you so much for your guidance, I am now able to import the solution and update the records in the Environment Variable table. I have an additional question regarding the topic's issue: is this the only option to wait for the system or to use the workaround you mentioned?

We have a table called Environment Variables. To edit a value:
Go to the Tables section and click All Tables.
Find Environment Variables values tables go inside and click on the Edit Rows icon.
Locate the relevant row (the environment variable you want to edit).
Select it—then in the header, click Edit Row Using Form.
    Update the value and Save.
Optional but recommended: After making changes, publish all customizations in the solution as a precautionary step.

Hi , thank you so much for your reply.

For my scenario, this is a managed solution, and I can only change the data for certain field values in the Environment Variable table during the import process.

Currently, I was able to import the solution by switching to classic mode, but I'm unable to update the required environment variables.

My question is: can classic mode be used to update these records? If so, could you please provide further instructions?

    Sometimes this issue occurs.

A temporary workaround is to use Classic mode and try importing the Solution there.

Let me know if you need any help with this process.
