Library component referenced by the model driven app command bar can't be removed

Hello, I have the following error code when deploying a solution:
ImportAsHolding failed with exception :Import of app module(s) failed: The app is already associated with component library 'Registration Management'. The app already has a component library Name: 'crfdf_acteon_RegistrationManagement_canvasappid_crfdf_registrationmanagementdefaultcommandlibrary_839c1'. In Solution Import, please remove library either from Source or Target and try again.

We made many deployment without issue, in the screenshot that is the component that are present in production:
In yellow it's the component that has been created in production few month ago
In red it's the component imported from the dev environment.

Obviously the error is triggered because of the yellow component that has to be removed, but it is referenced by the component of type "Element of model driven app" and i don't know how to get rid of it:
It's link to this uneditable row:

Those component are generated from modern experience when we use spfx formulas in command bar, but there is no option to remove the component:

How can we get rid of it so we can publish our solution again.

Thank you for your help.

Best regards,
Djilali.

    Try this

    1. Go to Solutions (in the target environment)
    2. in the unmanaged (first tab) open the Default Solution
    3. Find the Component
    4. Delete it
    5. Publish all customizations

    Try import again

If these suggestions help resolve your issue, Please consider Marking the answer as such and also maybe a like.

    Hello Michael,
    Thank you for your response,
That's exactly what i'm trying to do but it's not possible before I get rid of this dependence present in the component.
This dependence has been created through the model driven app when we select the option 'Open the component library' in the model driven app command bar editor (in the screenshot above) and I don't find option to revert.

    Best regards,
    Djilali.

    Let me ask this...

When you say created in production... do you mean someone went to production and created this without using an ALM process of solutions?

If so.. then you are hosed unless you want to

Delete the actual app and start from scratch back from Dev because you have to remove the dependency directly from the environment first, which means the app or whatever is blocking it. There is no way around that at least not without modifying the app directly in Production now, which creates an unmanaged layer of another mess.

Remove everything from prod, never add things to prod again (if that is what happened as you said), if so I have seen this so many times, if not then I do not understand why what I said won't work, but it sounds like I am correct about your overall issue that Production was touched and now its messed up.

Did you find a solution to the issue? I have the same problem. Would a possible solution be to delete the unmanaged layers of the app and then reimport?
