I've added SharePoint Lists as a knowledge source to my Copilot Studio agents four days ago, but the status still shows as "In progress" rather than "Ready". Is this expected behavior?
Additionally, when I query the agent about content from these lists, the responses are inconsistent—sometimes it retrieves the correct information, and other times it doesn't, which makes the experience feel unreliable.
I observed the same behiour with one of my agent, what I did was to added the list again and delete the in progress one. You can raise MS ticket for the same if you aren't able to add or remove the one. Since this is very early we can't say actual reason behind this.
