I developed a Sales bot for our org, I added the MCP servers (D365 Sales MCP Server, Dataverse MCP Server) so we can do CRUD operations in Dynamics, Dataverse.
The MCP Server is using our admin account authentication through OAuth.
It works on DEV, but when i deploy the bot to TEST the connection is not visible for me, also all the Tools inside the MCP disappear.
And I am getting an error inside the chat for anything i type.
I know the problem is in the connection, or in the MCP itself. But I am not sure, I was trying already reauthenticate, re-add the authentication, we tried the Service Principal also, but when we connect it there are no Tools listed at all.
Please help me to solve this issue.
So here how it looks on Dev now. Our Admin connected actually his connection, but for me it shows not connected, BUT IT WORKS ON DEV...
And here how it looks like on TEST, there is my connection visible for me, but our Admin sees the Admin connection connected there, also you can see there are no TOOLS listed on TEST at all:
