Foster Claimer value showing in drop down in App editing but not able to see while Playing

Hello Friends,
 
i am able to see the Foster Claimer in Editing mode but same not displaying when i play the app as shown in screenshots.
 
i have to submit challenge before tomorrow any help is greatly appreciated, Thanks in Advance.

    What's the Items property of your Foster Claimer combobox/dropdown?
     
    Have you set the display mode of this control?

    Hello,
     
    Yes, I have published app and i am using a Button to navigate from Animal ready for foster screen to Foster Family details.
     
    in the On select property of button i am using 
    Navigate('Foster Entry Screen');EditForm(FosterForm) but if i change the EditForm to NewForm it will show Foster Claimer value, Date of Foster and Shelter status .

    Have you published your app by clicking the publish icon on the top right? 

    If you haven't, that's one reason why it might not appear in play mode.
